Hi! I’m Lucy — a product designer with a passion for building thoughtful, inclusive digital experiences that help people feel supported and in control.

Born and raised in Taiwan, I bring a cross-cultural perspective and a deep curiosity about how people from different backgrounds engage with technology. My love for learning languages and exploring cultures has taught me to design with empathy, listen actively, and ask better questions.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner — whether I’m training in CrossFit, exploring a new hiking trail, or stepping into someone else’s shoes through acting — a practice that sharpens my empathy and observation skills. I also find joy in cooking up new recipes, strumming my travel-sized guitar, and chasing everyday inspiration — often all at once.
